ès ski partytakes place on the 26th and 27th October 2012 at the famous Battersea Power Station and will fuse together great music and winter sports over 2 days and nights.
The music line-up features huge names such as Public Enemy, DJ Shadow, Grandmaster Flash and Mark Ronson vs Zane Lowe topping the bill, so this really isn’t one to be missed by music fans across the country.
Female snowboarder Jenny Jones will be a guest at the event this year in the lead-up to her qualifications for the 2014 winter Olympics, which start this winter season. Jenny is hotly tipped to grab gold for Team GB, having already claimed 3 gold medals in a row at the winter X Games for Slopestyle and Big Air over the last few years. If you’d like the chance to meet Britain’s snowboarding golden girl, then make sure you get yourself down to the festival.
There will be plenty of other world-class skiers and snowboarders competing at the competition taking place at the festival, with the venue itself being transformed into an international winter sports resort. Don’t miss the 32m high and 100m snow jump.
